cTrader to Integrate Chat Function with Blinger.io
Trading platform provider cTrader announced on Wednesday that it is partnering with Blinger.io.
The deal between the two firms will see cTrader integrating its own live chat feature into Blinger’s customer support system. Blinger allows a user to access almost every online messaging application, such as WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, in one place.
For cosumers that mean that they are able to talk to customer support team via the chat application that they are accustomed to.
Blinger.io combines the most popular messaging apps and social networks, allowing brokers to manage all conversations in one interface, which greatly improves their customer support and provides their clients with the preferred channel of communication.
cTrader has its own native add-on Live Chat feature for traders to communicate with their broker within the platform. The integration with Blinger.io will allow cTrader Live Chat to become one of its channels. This way, brokers will be able to engage with their clients on cTrader Live Chat directly within the Blinger.io interface, while clients will get many more options to contact their brokers.
