- The onshore yuan was little changed at 6.945 per dollar.
- The Japanese yen weakened 0.3% to 106.84 per dollar.
Bonds
- The yield on 10-year Treasuries gained three basis points to 0.68%.
- The yield on two-year Treasuries climbed one basis point to 0.15%.
- Germany’s 10-year yield jumped four basis points to -0.44%.
- Britain’s 10-year yield rose four basis points to 0.237%.
- Japan’s 10-year yield increased one basis point to 0.045%.
Commodities
- West Texas Intermediate crude gained 1.6% to $42.26 a barrel.
- Brent crude rose 1.5% to $45.17 a barrel.
- Gold strengthened 1% to $1,930.74 an ounce
