Change Healthcare’s stock is up after judge rules in favor of UnitedHealth acquisition

Shares of Change Healthcare Inc. CHNG, +6.28% jumped 7.0% in premarket trading on Tuesday, the day after a federal judge ruled in favor of UnitedHealth Group’s UNH, -0.34% acquisition of the company, according to media reports. The Justice Department had tried to block the deal. Change’s stock is up 19.1% this year, while the broader S&P 500 SPX, -0.99% is down 18.9%.
