CySEC imposed an administrative fine to Novox Capital Ltd

The Board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (the ‘CySEC’) informs the public that, at its meeting held on the 3 rd October 2022, decided to impose an administrative fine of €100 to CIF Novox Capital Ltd (LEI 213800X255766OQIKN14) for non-compliance with article 56(4) of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission Law of 2009 to 2020.
