The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) warns against ARKcoin. The company is suspect as a scam.

According to AFM, ARKcoin has approached persons without being asked to offer them investment proposals.

The AFM confirms that ARKcoin does not have an AFM licence or any European Passport.
