CySEC fined Capital Com SV Investments Ltd

The Cyprus regulator fined Capital Com SV Investments Ltd. The regulator informs the public that during their meeting held on 14th of March 2022, decided to impose an admnistrative fine of €10.000 to CIF Capital Com SV Investments Ltd.

The reason is that CIF Capital Com SV Investments Ltd is non-compliant with article 16(2) of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 on market abuse.
