Α settlement has been reached with the CIF Triangleview Investments Ltd («the Company») for possible violation of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 – L.87(I)/2017 («the Law»). More specifically, the investigation for which the settlement has been reached, involved assessing, for the period December 2021 until February 2022, the company’s compliance with article 22(1) of the Law as to the authorisation condition laid
down in article 17(9) of the Law, regarding the protection of clients’ funds.

The settlement reached with the Company, for the possible violation, is for the amount to €50.000.

Triangleview has paid the amount of €50.000.
