According to the FMA in New Zealand, the website audaxtrading.net may be operating a scam

The website is not a registered firm with FMA in New Zealand an is falsely  claiming that is:

1. insured by Allianz and using a fake certificate of insurance.
2. associated with New Zealand entity, Audax Trading Limited (NZBN 9429050612475). The director of the legitimate NZ company has confirmed no association with the website.
