President Joe Biden on Tuesday afternoon signed into law a massive new bill that will fund the federal government for the remainder of the fiscal year and prevent a government shutdown, as well as further aid Ukraine. Earlier Tuesday, Biden administration officials continued their push for Congress to provide additional money to fight COVID-19, as that funding wasn’t included in the $1.5 trillion spending bill.
