Tilray to sell cannabis products in Italy

Tilray Brands Inc. TLRY, -5.38% on Thursday said its FL Group S.R.L. unit in Italy has received approval from the Italian ministry of health to import and distribute Tilray’s medical cannabis oral solution THC25. Tilray Medical runs a national pharmaceutical distribution business with FL Group to fill medical cannabis prescriptions for patients in Italy, one of 22 countries in its network. FL Group was one of the first companies authorized by the Italian government to import and distribute medical cannabis in 2015. Shares of Tilray rose 1% in premarket trades.
