The U.S.-listed shares of Bavarian Nordic A/S jumped 2.0% in afternoon trading Friday, after the Denmark-based drug maker said the U.S. government has ordered 2.5 million additional doses of liquid-frozen JYNNEOS, the only monkeypox vaccine approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The new order comes a day after the FDA completed an inspection of the plant where the two-dose vaccine is manufactured.
