The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of Elizabeth Lenz, a company that offers investment services.
Elizabeth Lenz is not allowed to provide investment services in or from Belgium.
Moreover, according to the information available to the FSMA, it could be a so-called ‘boiler room’ fraud. More information on this form of fraud is available in the general warning published by the FSMA on 7 June 2019.
The FSMA therefore strongly advises against responding to any offer of financial services made by Elizabeth Lenz and against transferring money to any account number it might mention.

Elizabeth Lenz has also been the subject of a warning by the supervisory authority of Japan (FSA).
It also uses 7 bank accounts, which it claims were opened in the name of Greencard Ltd, B2B GMBH, Daliso Corporate Services and Permat Corporate Services.
