Fewer questions and complaints about the date when supplementary pension is paid out

Consumers who have questions or complaints about their supplementary pension can contact the FSMA. In 2021, the FSMA received 261 messages from consumers about this matter, representing a 28 per cent decrease compared to 2020. Most messages in 2021 once again had to do with the payment of the supplementary pension upon retirement. Contrary to past years, pension consumers had fewer questions or complaints about the date when the supplementary pension will be paid out.
