Global InterGold

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of Global InterGold.

Global InterGold is not authorized to offer investment services or financial instruments in or from Belgium.

In addition, Global InterGold offers investments in physical gold. The FSMA has previously published a warning about the risks associated with offers of investments in alternative investment products.

Moreover, the system offered by Global InterGold exhibits clear signs of a pyramid scheme or at any rate of a Ponzi scheme. The FSMA refers in that regard to its general warning about that type of fraud, published on 23 September 2016.

The FSMA thus strongly advises against responding to any offers of financial services made by Global InterGold and against transferring money to any account number that company might mention.

Global InterGold has been the subject of a warning published by the financial supervisory authorities of Switzerland (FINMA) and Malta (MFSA).

Would you like to enquire more generally as to whether a proposed transaction complies with the financial legislation? If so, please use the search function on the FSMA website. You can also contact the FSMA directly via the consumer contact form.
