The guidelines (available in French – Dutch only) contained in this document are addressed to the FSMA, which is competent in respect of the Prospectus Regulation. However, the guidelines state that persons responsible for the prospectus should consider these guidelines when preparing a prospectus for submission to the competent authority, in order to expedite the approval process for prospectuses, registration documents, universal registration documents, securities notes and any supplements thereto.
