Guidelines on the disclosure requirements under the Prospectus Regulation

The FSMA has published Communication FSMA_2021_08 on the Guidelines of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) on the disclosure requirements under the Prospectus Regulation and on their implementation by the FSMA (communication available in French or Dutch only, ESMA Guidelines available in English).
