Kohl’s Corp. KSS, +3.38% announced Thursday that it has partnered with Levi Strauss & Co. LEVI, +2.41% for an exclusive limited-time SilverTab capsule collection. The collection will have a 90s throwback vibe, with baggy clothing for men, women and kids. Levi’s were a big seller during Amazon AMZN, +1.19% Prime Day, and the denim company has talked about the trend shift towards a more relaxed fit and away from skinny jeans. Kohl’s is trying to recover from a turbulent period. “The addition of Levi’s SilverTab is another example of how we are modernizing our portfolio with premium and style-led offerings as part of our strategy to become the retailer of choice for the active and casual lifestyle,” said Ron Murray, Kohl’s interim chief merchandising officer, in a statement. Kohl’s stock is down nearly 45% for the year to date. Levi stock is down 26.7% for the period.
