The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of the website named www.franco-suedoise-investissement.fr, which offers investment services without complying with Belgian financial legislation.
The Franco-suedoise-investissement.fr website is not authorized to provide investment services in or from Belgium.
Moreover, the offers made via that website show numerous indications of fraud and seem to be similar to the fraudulent offers of wealth management.
The company uses the website site www.franco-suedoise-investissement.fr (currently inactive).
On 2 June 2021, the French supervisor (AMF) had already warned the public about offers on that website.
The FSMA thus strongly advises against responding to any offer of financial services made by that website and against transferring money to any account number it might mention.
