Mr. Sascha Magsamen: BaFin orders filing of notifications of major holdings of voting rights
On 21.01.2022 BaFin ordered Mr. Sascha Magsamen to issue multiple notifications of major holdings of voting rights to BaFin and to ecotel communication ag in order to comply with his notification obligations pursuant to sections 33 et seq. of the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG).
Mr. Sascha Magsamen omitted to issue multiple notifications of major holdings of voting rights regarding ecotel communication ag pursuant to sections 33 et seq. of the WpHG for thresholds crossed in the years 2012 and 2013.
The order is enforceable, but not yet final and conclusive.
