Newsletter: New features and modifications in the CABRIO online app: anti-money laundering laws and regulations and continuing professional training obligation

This Newsletter presents information on the main new features and modifications brought in the CABRIO online application.

The new features were introduced as a follow-up to anti-money laundering laws and regulations, which require you to provide certain information to the FSMA. These laws and regulations have led to several changes that require an action on your part as an intermediary or as a lender.

The changes concern the entering of continuing professional training courses into the online application. These entries will henceforth be centralized, for all statuses, in the ‘Recyclage’ section. It is from now on furthermore possible to enter courses taken at accredited providers of training in credit intermediation. It will also be easier to sort, filter and search for the courses entered. The FSMA hopes that these changes will further improve the user-friendliness of the application.
