Noodles & Co. NDLS, -1.51% said Thursday that it has added Panko Chicken made by Impossible Foods to menus in select markets. A plant-based Impossible Orange Chicken Lo Mein is also available, in addition to a traditional meat version. Customers have already responded positively to the company’s additions of Zoodles and Caulifloodles, according to Nick Graff, Noodles & Co.’s executive chef.
