The FSMA submits dossier on the CEO of Keyware Technologies to the judicial authorities

The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) is submitting to the judicial authorities a dossier relating to transactions between Keyware Technologies and companies related to its CEO, Big Friend NV, represented by Stéphane Vandervelde.

The FSMA has learned of the findings of the forensic audit, conducted at the request of the board of directors of Keyware Technologies, of the transactions between Keyware Technologies and companies related to its CEO, Big Friend BV, represented by Stéphane Vandervelde^[1].

Based in part on its own findings following from supervisory actions it launched in 2020 regarding Keyware’s financial reporting, the FSMA has decided to submit a dossier relating to the aforementioned transactions to the judicial authorities.
