Wallace rules himself out for Conservative leader run and says he’s leaning toward Boris Johnson

U.K. defense secretary Ben Wallace says he is leaning toward supporting Boris Johnson as he ruled out a run himself to lead the Conservative Party. Wallace said he wants to remain as defense secretary. He cited Johnson’s willingness to spend on defense, as well as his victory in a general election.
