The Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) warns the public against the activities of Blue Hills Capitals, a company that offers investment services.
Blue Hill Capitals is not allowed to offer investment services in or from Belgium.
According to information available to the FSMA, moreover, this may be a case of fraudulent activity, and more particularly of ‘boiler room’ fraud. More information about this form of fraud is available in the warning that the FSMA published on 3 December.
The FSMA thus strongly advises against responding to any offers of financial services made by Blue Hill Capitals and against transferring money to any account number that company might mention.
