On 25 February 2022, BaFin imposed administrative fines totalling 22,000 euros on Readcrest Capital AG.
The sanction related to breaches of section 37v (1) sentence 2 and section 26a (1) of the German Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG) old version.
Readcrest Capital AG failed to publish announcements, stating the date and the website on which the accounting documents listed in section 37v (2) of the WpHG old version for the financial years 2015 and 2016 were made publicly available in addition to their availability in the Company Register (Unternehmensregister).
Readcrest Capital AG failed to publish the total number of voting rights within the prescribed period.
The company may lodge an appeal against the administrative fine order.
