Sustainability: guide to the new reporting obligations for listed companies

The FSMA is publishing a communication (available in French or Dutch only) that explains the new European rules governing sustainability reporting by listed companies. The new reporting is essential to meet the growing demand by investors for reliable and high-quality information on sustainability. The new reporting obligations are gradually entering into force and will apply in full starting with the 2022 financial year.
