Update of the information about supplementary pensions

The FSMA website (available in French or Dutch only) and the FAQs (available in French or Dutch only) about supplementary pensions state a number of amounts that are set by the social legislation on supplementary pensions. These amounts have been updated.

In addition, the following questions in the FAQs for employees have been updated as follows:

  • When can I start collecting my supplementary pension?
  • What if I want to earn some money while receiving my pension?
  • My partner is deceased; am I entitled to payments from his/her supplementary pension?
  • How are supplementary pensions taxed?
  • What is the voluntary supplementary pension for employees?
